Avery Bradley, Miss Iowa’s Teen 2024

Avery Bradley of Muscatine, Iowa won the title of Miss Iowa’s Teen 2024 in Davenport, Iowa on June 15th, 2024. Avery previously held the local title of Miss Clinton County’s Teen.

Phases of competition included a private interview, health and fitness, talent, evening gown and on-stage question. Contestants’ education, community service initiatives, and future ambitions are also considered. Avery will compete at Miss America’s Teen later this year. This is a sister program to Miss America.

Avery is 14 and attends Muscatine High School. Her Community Service Initiative is A Fraction Ahead: Advocating for Girls in STEM.

Accomplishments: Member of the Iowa Governor's Youth STEM Advisory Council; STEM Flights Mission; Iowa STEM Summit; National Math Champion; National Youth Leadership Forum: Pathways to STEM; Science Battles; Math Counts State Qualifier; Women in Science & Engineering Conference; Changemakers in STEM Youth Congress; 2023-24 Dance Awards—Overall Grand Champion (2), Overall 1st Place (6), Category Winner (17), Standout Dancer Scholarships (2).

Avery’s future ambition is to attend Ohio State University to obtain a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and become an Aerospace Engineer
